Our platform service matches individuals and organizations wanting to have item shipped and delivered with professional drivers, who will pick up those shipments and make those deliveries.
Each delivery is unique based upon the mileage and the time it takes to deliver. You will be given an estimated cost based upon the mileage distance before you submit your goods for an Anit-A-Haul Match.
Payment for utilizing Anit-A-Haul service is collected from the credit/Debit card you used when signing up for the service.
The cost for the service requested will be charged and held from your account and will be completed upon delivery of shipment and customer submission of service completed.
Anit-A-Haul Provides door to door delivery services using contracted Drivers dedicated and committed to first class delivery and outstanding customer service to all our clients.
If you cancel your Anit-A-Haul Shipment/Delivery right away, there is no charge. But if you cancel your Anit-A-Haul delivery more than five minutes after the Match has been accepted by a driver, you will be charged a $25.00 cancelation fee.
Yes, you can tip the driver. But this will have to be done with cash as our app currently does not accept tips.
Anit-A-Haul Is a 24 hour operation that works seven days a week. However Customer service hours are (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday).
Anit-A-haul will deliver all Big Box items that will not fit in an average car and just about anything else, with the exception illegal items, animal, paints or chemicals, bio-hazardous or hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, or any kind of explosives.
Drivers providing services for Anit-A-Haul utilize Pick-Up trucks, Vans and SUV’s of various sizes to accommodate individual shipment and deliveries.
Anit-A-Haul service is on-demand. In most cases, it should be within minutes of you submitting a service request for shipment/delivery.

Yes, displaying an Anit-A-Haul logo while providing a service is required.
Yes, only if all the drivers are registered on the Anit-A-Haul app and each having their own Anit-A-Haul drivers ID and are on the registration and insurance of the particular vehicle . If not Anit-A-Haul will not approve it. All drivers most have a valid registration and proof of insurance.
Anit-A-Haul drivers are paid based on the type of service offered.
When delivery is finished and the customer has submitted verification, that delivery will be considered completed. The funds will then be automatically deposited in the drivers account directly through the App.
Yes if the customer issues a tip for outstanding service. However, this must be done directly to the driver and not through the app.
All Anit-A-Haul drivers are independent contractors.

No, all drivers must have a $250,000 dollars liability insurance coverage in the name of Anit-A-Haul in order to cover those incidents.
The drivers are responsible if the cargo is damaged due to negligence and not properly securing the load. If the load is damaged due to manufacturer defects, the driver in all cases must take pictures of the item prior to and after delivery of any cargo to preclude damage allegations.
Drivers must report all accidents by calling their appropriate customer service office and 911, turn on hazard light, place cone around the vehicle and provide the officers with all the required documents requested.
